1. Pre-Visual Inspection with home owner to identify hard to remove spots.
 

2. Pre-Spray of traffic areas with professional carpet cleaning solution.
 

3. Agitation of cleaner into carpet.
 

4. Ten minute dwell time for solution to break down soil.

5. Carpet is then steam cleaned with a fiber rinse solution added to prevent resoiling.

6. Post inspection with Home Owner
